Functionality Reserve product referencesK inventory’s online inventory management software enables you to create reservations for product references. This feature is extremely useful for managing inventory and avoiding stock-outs.
1. Click on the modify 
icon of a reference or click on its identifier.

2. In the reference file, click on the tab Reservationstab, then on Create a reservation.

If the selected product contains variants, you will be asked to select the variant you require.
3. Complete the following information to finalize your reservation:
- Name Select a reservation name or enter a new one
- Quantity Enter the quantity to be reserved
- Expiry date (optional) : Enter the reservation deadline

4. Save your changes with the Save.

5. In the reference file, click on the tab Main informationtab to validate stock and available quantities in the Stock.
