The functionality for reservation name creationThe K inventory application’s reservation naming feature makes it easy to name individual reservations.
This feature is very useful for organizing and managing stock reservations efficiently. In just a few simple steps, you can create a name for each reservation and select a due date.
1. In the menu on the left of the screen, click on Settingsthen on Reservations.

2. Go to Reservation name managementclick on the Create reservation.

3. In Reservation nameenter the name of your reservation.
4. Select status Inactive.
5. Click on the 
icon to select the due date for your reservation.

6. Save your changes with the Save.
