View incoming and outgoing transactions

Functionality View incoming and outgoing transactionsfeature on the K inventory online inventory management application, gives you an overview of all the inward and outward transactions carried out on the platform.

Thanks to this feature, you can easily analyze the history of your transactions, and thus better manage your inventory with K inventory.

 

This feature is not available on the Mobile version.

 

 

1. In the left-hand screen frame, click on Transactions to display the list of entries and exits on the platform.

An entry or exit transaction is taken into account following one of the following actions:

  • When entering or exiting from a reference
  • When moving from a reference
  • When receiving an order from an intervention
  • When removing stock from an intervention
  • When moving from an intervention

2. To filter the results displayed, click on Advanced search.

 

3. Configure the Advanced search.
