The functionality Modify a drop-down fieldfeature on the K inventory online inventory platform lets you customize drop-down list options in just a few clicks.
This allows you to better organize your inventory by tailoring options to your specific needs.
1. In the menu on the left of the screen, click on 
Settings then on 
2. Go to Custom fields managementclick on the modify icon 
of the field to be modified. In this window you can modify the following fields: Name and Default value
3. Click on the tab, Field values
4. You can add a new value by clicking on the 
5. You can modify any of the lines in the table by clicking on , once you have made your changes, confirm your entry by clicking on the icon 
6. Save your changes with the Save
