Configuring Custom Fields

The functionality Create a text fieldfeature of K inventory’s online inventory management software lets you customize your inventory information by adding text fields.

This allows you to enter specific information to meet your company’s needs.

 

 

 

1. In the menu on the left of the screen, click on Settings then on

 

2. Go to Custom fields managementclick on the Create field

3. Go to Field propertiesselect the required type, here Textthen enter the Name of the text

 

4. You can then enter a default value

 

5. You can select a corresponding field from Order number and Name of last intervention

 

 

6. Save your changes with the Save
