The functionality Deactivate user accountfeature on the K inventory online inventory management application allows you to temporarily block a user’s access to the platform, while retaining the option of reactivating the account at a later date.
1. In the menu on the left of the screen, click on 
Settings
2. Click on the Deactivate icon of the previously created account
